William has recently joined the non-profit charitable organization Stand Up to Cancer (SU2C) which aims to find "a cure for cancer as quickly as possible." In support of this cause he has appeared in a public service advertisement "Change the Odds" together with Zac Efron. I found a video of it on You Tube and it includes behind-the-scenes footage.
